📋 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YouTubeMonetized.Net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
🛍️ 2. About Our Platform
YouTubeMonetized.Net is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of social media accounts. We provide escrow services to facilitate secure transactions. We are not responsible for the future performance of any account sold through our platform.
📤 3. Seller Rules
- Sellers must own the account and have full legal rights to sell it
- All listing information must be accurate and verified before submission
- Sellers must complete the transfer within 48 hours of payment confirmation
- Sellers must not reclaim or interfere with the account after transfer
- No hidden strikes, pending violations, or undisclosed issues are permitted
- Our commission is deducted before payment is released to the seller
- Misrepresentation of account data will result in removal and forfeiture of commission
- Sellers must not enter wrong, fake or misleading information in their listings. Providing false listing details can lead to a permanent ban of your account.
- All communication must stay inside the marketplace inbox. Sellers are not allowed to talk or deal directly on any other platform, and must never share or request contact details (WhatsApp, phone, email, Telegram, social IDs, etc.). Doing so can lead to a permanent ban of your account.
🛒 4. Buyer Rules
- All payments must go through our escrow — direct seller payments are not protected
- Buyers must confirm account access within 48 hours of transfer completion
- Buyer is responsible for the account and its compliance after confirmed purchase
- Refunds are only issued if transfer fails or account does not match the listing
- Buyers are responsible for understanding each platform's terms of service after purchase
- Buyers must not provide fake, edited or false payment screenshots or proof of payment. Submitting a fake payment proof can lead to a permanent ban of your account.
- All communication must stay inside the marketplace inbox. Buyers are not allowed to talk or deal directly on any other platform, and must never share or request contact details (WhatsApp, phone, email, Telegram, social IDs, etc.). Doing so can lead to a permanent ban of your account.
💳 5. Payment & Escrow
All payments are processed through our secure escrow service. Payment is only released to the seller after the buyer confirms successful and complete account access. All transactions are final after buyer confirmation.
⚖️ 6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, contact us via WhatsApp immediately. We review all disputes within 24 to 48 hours and make a fair determination based on evidence from both parties. Our decision is final in all transaction disputes.
🚫 7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use our platform to sell stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts; misrepresent account performance or ownership; engage in chargebacks or payment fraud; or use our platform for any illegal activity. Violations result in permanent ban.
